Where we ship

We ship to all European Union countries. (Other regions such as the UK and the Nordics may be added later.)

Handling / processing time (please read)

Every order is prepared and packed within up to 10 business days. This may take longer during promotions or when new stock arrives.

This handling time is separate from the delivery time. Example: if you choose a 2–3 day courier service, delivery is counted after your order leaves our facility, not from the moment of purchase. Total time = handling (up to 10 business days) + carrier delivery time.

Delivery time and costs

After dispatch, delivery time depends on the carrier you choose at checkout and is the carrier’s responsibility. Estimates shown are indicative, not guaranteed.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight/size.
You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

Returns: right of withdrawal (14 days)

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, subject to the conditions below.

Notify us first at janaguardanapos.eu@gmail.com within the 14-day window.
Return shipping is paid by you (the customer).
Items must be returned in their original, unused, resalable condition. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by use or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, including a substantial reduction, up to the full value, when an item is returned used, damaged, soiled, or no longer resalable. We document the condition of returned items on arrival.
Once we receive and check the return, we refund within 14 days, to your original payment method.

Cannot be returned: custom / personalised items (made-to-order prints with your own artwork). They are produced specifically for you and are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless they arrive faulty.

Items that arrive damaged or faulty

If an item arrives damaged or defective (e.g., torn, creased, or not as described), this is covered by the EU legal guarantee, not by the return policy above, and at no cost to you.

Email janaguardanapos.eu@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging.
You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund.
For minor cosmetic imperfections, we may offer, only with your agreement, a partial refund or discount as a faster solution. You keep the right to a replacement or full refund if you prefer.
